Business Development Executive

About the role

Gartner is seeking a Business Development Executive to expand its presence across the Saudi Arabian market. You will be responsible for acquiring new enterprise clients by building trust‑based relationships with C‑level executives and delivering value through Gartner’s industry insights.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with large‑enterprise prospects, from initial outreach to contract closure.
• Convert qualified prospects into active Gartner clients and hand them over to the account management team.
• Align Gartner’s insights, guidance, and tools to create measurable value for partners.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of high‑quality opportunities to meet sales KPIs and quota.
• Manage complex, high‑revenue sales cycles across matrixed business environments.
• Own forecasting and account planning on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in complex, intangible sales environments.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience selling to or influencing C‑level executives.
• Strong ability to manage and forecast complex sales processes.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Bachelor’s degree is desired.
