Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive growth in the aviation and airport services sector. The role involves creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and building strong client relationships to secure new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, presentations, and business development plans.
• Lead negotiations and support the closure of contracts and agreements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts in collaboration with management and legal advisors.
• Conduct market research to identify upcoming aviation projects, airport developments, and business opportunities.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and other internal teams to develop competitive business solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate reports on business development activities.
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies throughout the process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in business development, commercial, or sales within aviation, airport services, catering, or related industries.
• Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Strong understanding of commercial agreements, contractual obligations, and legal documentation.
• Experience with tenders, RFP/RFQ processes, and government or private‑sector procurement (preferred).
