Business Development Executive

About the role

SOLGulf is seeking a Business Development Executive to join its Riyadh office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will drive new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build a robust pipeline across targeted industries.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients in the GCC market.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos for prospects.
• Prepare compelling proposals and collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.
• Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring client retention and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales records and contribute to revenue targets and market expansion initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in technology, consulting, or digital transformation services.
• Strong lead generation and pipeline management capabilities.
• Solid account management skills, including relationship building and upselling.
• Business acumen and commercial awareness to understand client challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Riyadh, travel for client meetings, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Fluency in English; Arabic and GCC market experience are a plus.
