Business Development Executive – Saudi Arabia

About the role

The Business Development Executive will support a reputable oil & gas/petrochemical company operating in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, managing tender processes and building strong client relationships across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads within the oil & gas and petrochemical sectors.
• Prepare and submit competitive bids and tenders in accordance with Saudi regulations.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients.
• Maintain and expand existing customer relationships.
• Prepare proposals and presentations using MS Office tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 10‑12 years of business development experience in the oil & gas or petrochemical industry.
• Strong knowledge of tendering and bidding procedures in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience with electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, civil, maintenance or construction scopes is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently on client interactions and commercial discussions.
• GCC/Saudi Arabia experience is mandatory; a valid Saudi driving licence is preferred.
