Business Development Executive - Signage

About the role

Careers International is hiring a Business Development Executive for its signage business in Riyadh. The role focuses on generating revenue by developing new business opportunities, converting leads into long-term partnerships and working with clients who need signage, print production and event branding services.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of revenue targets and work towards meeting and exceeding sales goals through new business opportunities.
• Identify, nurture and convert leads into long-term business partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions aligned with the product offerings.
• Work closely with the team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Leverage knowledge of signage, print production, event branding and creative solutions to offer high-quality services.
• Assist in developing and implementing long-term business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives.

Required profile

• 2-3+ years of experience in business development, sales or related fields.
• Proven success in revenue generation and lead conversion, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
• Strong understanding of the local market in the UAE and the ability to spot and seize business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented and proactive, with a strong work ethic.
