Business Development Manager (Hybrid Cloud)

About the role

Alibaba Cloud is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth of its Hybrid Cloud solutions in Saudi Arabia. You will build relationships with senior decision‑makers, understand customer needs, and position Alibaba Cloud as the preferred partner.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage key customers across target industries, mapping decision‑making chains and uncovering business requirements.
• Communicate Alibaba Cloud’s Hybrid Cloud value proposition, including Apsara Stack, AI and Intelligent Computing services.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, product teams and ecosystem partners to design and present tailored solutions.
• Lead bidding processes, contract negotiations and manage post‑sale project delivery to ensure customer success.
• Monitor customer budget cycles, technical environments and provide ongoing support to drive long‑term partnerships.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud computing sales or pre‑sales, preferably within B2B environments.
• Proven ability to engage C‑level executives and influence buying decisions.
• Strong understanding of hybrid cloud architectures and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
