About the role
Temenos is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive the adoption of its banking technology solutions. You will work closely with client stakeholders to understand their strategic goals and demonstrate how Temenos can help them achieve measurable results.
Key responsibilities
- Articulate Temenos solutions through strategic, value‑based selling and build strong business cases.
- Develop return‑on‑investment analyses and leverage industry data to support sales discussions.
- Engage with technical and non‑technical executives to showcase commercial and technology value.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurately track quarterly forecasts and revenue.
- Balance short‑term quarterly targets with long‑term strategic objectives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in enterprise sales or business development, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong ability to understand client strategy, challenges, and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills at multiple organizational levels.
