Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive regional growth for Hikvision’s solutions. The role combines market intelligence, customer relationship management and technical support to secure and implement large‑scale projects across the Middle East and Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new project opportunities by analysing market trends and customer needs.
• Lead negotiations, develop proposals and close contracts for industrial and energy projects.
• Maintain and update a regional customer database, segmenting key accounts and planning targeted outreach.
• Act as the technical liaison, configuring and troubleshooting Hikvision products in complex networking environments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and post‑sale support.
• Develop and execute long‑term customer development and maintenance plans, including visits, training and regular communication.
• Oversee the implementation of large‑scale regional projects from inception to completion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, International Trade, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of overseas project sales experience, preferably in industrial or energy markets (e.g., Aramco, HCIS).
• PMP or HCIS certification is a plus.
• Strong business acumen, logical thinking and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to undertake long‑term overseas business trips.
