Business Development Manager

About the role

NextTech Technology, an AutoTech venture backed by Almajdouie Holding and CarDekho, is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead its commercial expansion in Saudi Arabia. You will shape the go‑to‑market strategy for MarTech, AutoTech SaaS, marketplace and data solutions, driving revenue and building strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a commercial strategy for Saudi Arabia across multiple technology verticals.
• Identify, engage and close partnerships with automotive OEMs, distributors, dealerships and advertising agencies, managing the full sales cycle.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering tailored solutions that generate measurable ROI.
• Lead negotiations, draft partnership agreements and coordinate with cross‑functional teams for successful delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to refine strategies and support product development.
• Represent NextTech at industry events and help scale the Business Development team as the business grows.

Required profile

• 7–12 years of experience in sales, business development or commercial roles within the automotive or AutoTech sector in KSA.
• Deep knowledge of the Saudi automotive ecosystem, including OEM structures, general distributors, franchised dealers and independent sub‑dealers.
• Proven track record of selling to and partnering with OEMs, GDs or dealer groups in KSA (and/or UAE).
• Native Arabic speaker with fluent English communication skills.
