About the role

Our client is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to shape and execute growth strategies, expand market presence, and secure strategic partnerships. You will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities and strengthening the company's competitive position.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and implement business development plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and government tender opportunities.
• Develop and refine product and service offerings to meet market demand.
• Prepare, review and submit technical and financial proposals for tenders.
• Build and manage relationships with key partners, clients and stakeholders.
• Represent the organisation at conferences and industry events within the Kingdom.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure cohesive business development efforts.
• Monitor performance metrics and report progress to senior management.
• Support the pre‑sales team with strategic insights and assistance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven business development experience.
• Strong knowledge of government tendering and bidding processes.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse markets and identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent negotiation, deal‑closing and partnership management skills.
• Leadership experience with the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
