About the role

Sundus Consultancy is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead its expansion in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on building strategic partnerships, driving growth for a comprehensive HR solutions portfolio, and ensuring exceptional client engagement across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across diverse industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand Sundus’s presence and unlock new markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of HR solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.
• Achieve revenue targets and contribute to regional success.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, recruitment, or sales within HR solutions or related fields.
• Strong existing client network across multiple sectors.
• Familiarity with Saudi labour laws and compliance requirements.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
