Business Development Manager

About the role

SPIRO, a global live‑events marketing partner, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join its Middle East team. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and, occasionally, internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect for and build relationships with new businesses across KSA and, in some cases, abroad.
• Prepare and deliver outstanding written proposals and tenders.
• Proactively target generated leads and convert them into revenue.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities across SPIRO’s divisions.
• Lead initiatives aimed at maximising revenue from new and existing clients.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic (non‑negotiable).
• Proven track record as a Business Development Manager within the exhibit or live‑events industry.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Willingness to work weekends when required and to travel as needed.
