Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead the creation and execution of Al Khater Group's growth strategy in Jubail. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive business development plan.
• Identify, approach, and secure new customers and partnership opportunities.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, distributors and key clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover growth prospects.
• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Monitor government and private sector projects, tenders and bids.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production and Marketing to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Produce regular reports on performance, pipeline and market trends.
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue and business growth targets.

• Strategic thinking with solid market analysis abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems.
