Business Development Manager

About the role

Easy World is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth of its automation and industrial solutions across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will generate new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company’s market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in automation, industrial and technology sectors.
• Generate leads through direct outreach, networking events, cold calling and online platforms.
• Research industry trends, conduct market and competitor analysis, and provide insights to senior management.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships, offering post‑sale support and upselling additional services.
• Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns, attend trade shows and industry conferences.
• Track pipeline performance, report progress and deliver market feedback.
• Travel across the GCC as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of business development or sales experience in automation, networking or communication products.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
• Experience leading or managing a sales team and contributing to strategic business plans.
• Strong understanding of automation solutions, communication technologies and KSA industrial sectors such as manufacturing, energy, logistics and retail.
• Leadership, client‑focus, adaptability and goal‑orientation.
• Excellent networking abilities within the KSA market; Arabic language is a plus.
