Business Development Manager – Real Estate & Entertainment Parks

About the role

Egis is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and investment in the real estate and entertainment‑park sectors in Saudi Arabia, supporting Vision 2030 objectives. The role blends market development, RFP/tender management, and investment origination while ensuring compliance with Saudi government tendering regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and pursue new real‑estate and entertainment‑park opportunities, including residential, commercial, mixed‑use and hospitality projects.
• Prepare feasibility studies and business cases to support new ventures and public‑private collaborations.
• Establish and manage strategic partnerships with developers, investors, operators and public‑sector entities.
• Originate and attract local and international investors for government‑led projects.
• Lead joint‑venture structuring, fund and SPV creation, and fundraising activities.
• Oversee RFP preparation, tender submission and compliance with Saudi government procurement rules.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in business development, investment origination or project finance within real‑estate or entertainment sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi government RFP/tender regulations and PPP frameworks.
• Proven track record of structuring joint ventures, funds or SPVs.
• Excellent analytical, financial modelling and presentation skills.
