Business Development Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

BSI Group Saudi Arabia is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive sales of certification and training services across the Riyadh region. You will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, managing key accounts, and expanding BSI’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve personal sales targets for certification and training services within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and top clients.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.com and update market, competitor, and client databases.
• Identify new business opportunities and recommend initiatives to support local growth.
• Create and manage a customer‑care programme for top clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in management system certification or training sales.
• Bachelor’s degree and strong commercial acumen.
• Ability to analyse and use complex financial data.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
