Business Development Manager – Strategic Partnerships

About the role

Yougotagift.com, the leading digital rewards and gifting platform in the MENA region, is expanding its footprint in the enterprise and government sectors across Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to generate pipeline, secure new partnership opportunities, and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research target accounts in enterprise and government sectors.
• Generate qualified leads through outreach, networking, and market research.
• Secure discovery meetings and introductions with key decision‑makers.
• Manage early‑stage pipeline: outreach, qualification, and scheduling.
• Prepare briefing materials, proposals, and presentations for client meetings.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM systems.
• Conduct market research on trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather information for prospects.
• Provide weekly reporting on outreach activity, pipeline status, and market insights.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation within KSA.
• Existing network or familiarity with enterprise and/or government sectors in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong research and prospecting abilities; able to reach decision‑makers.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Self‑starter who works autonomously and manages multiple prospects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
