About the role
We are a recruitment agency in Saudi Arabia looking for an experienced Business Development & Manpower Recruitment Executive/Manager to drive growth and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Source skilled and semi‑skilled manpower through agencies, freelancers and overseas networks in countries such as India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka and the Philippines.
- Coordinate candidate selection, interview scheduling, trade tests, visa processing and mobilization.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on purchase orders, contracts and ensure timely invoicing and payment collection.
- Monitor payroll, timesheets and resolve employee grievances to ensure smooth workforce operations.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of experience in manpower recruitment, business development and coordination within Saudi Arabia.
- Proven track record in client relationship management, contract negotiation and handling end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
