About the role

Marakez is seeking a proactive Business Development Professional to join its Riyadh office. You will play a key role in expanding the company’s client base and driving revenue growth across its marketing and production services.

Key responsibilities

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in target markets.
Conduct market research to uncover trends and client needs.
Generate, qualify, and manage leads through the sales pipeline.
Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
Develop strategic growth plans and prepare compelling sales proposals.
Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client requirements.

Required profile

Strong analytical ability to spot market trends.
Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
Proven experience in lead generation and market research.
Self‑motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast‑changing environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
Familiarity with the marketing and production industry is a plus.
