Business Development & Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

YALLO Arabia is looking for a dynamic Business Development & Recruitment Coordinator to support its expansion in the Saudi market. The role blends talent acquisition with client‑facing sales activities, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to both the growth of the firm’s client base and its internal talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and manage IT professionals for contract and permanent positions across YALLO’s core verticals.
• Maintain candidate pipelines using YALLO’s recruitment tools and coordinate shortlists and interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Collaborate with YALLO’s wider recruitment team in India and the UAE on shared requirements.
• Identify, engage and qualify prospective clients in the Saudi market.
• Support account opening activities, including research, outreach and meeting coordination.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing client accounts.
• Keep CRM records up‑to‑date and provide regular pipeline reporting.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, business development, or a client‑facing commercial role.
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Familiarity with the IT/technology services market is a plus, though not mandatory.
