Business Development Representative

About the role

The Business Development Representative will generate qualified opportunities for Checkout.com’s sales team across Saudi Arabia. You will identify key decision‑makers, craft outreach strategies, and position our next‑generation payment solutions to e‑commerce and fintech prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities with promising prospects and partners in Saudi Arabia.
• Pitch Checkout.com’s payment solutions and value‑added services to e‑commerce and fintech companies.
• Prepare high‑quality presentations and proposals for C‑suite stakeholders and negotiate winning deals.
• Become an expert on Checkout.com’s technology stack and address detailed product questions.
• Manage the full lead‑generation process, act as the main point of contact for prospects and internal teams.
• Maintain an organized portfolio, nurture key accounts, and understand industry pain points.
• Collaborate with sales colleagues to share best practices and market insights.
• Attend local events and provide feedback on competitor activity, customer needs, and market trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of fintech B2B sales experience, preferably in payments, across Saudi Arabia.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong communication skills.
• Proven track record of high performance and strong commercial acumen.
• Highly motivated, curious, and able to learn quickly.
• Coachable, collaborative, and able to prioritize shifting workloads.
