Business Development & Sales Executive

About the role

HYD Intelligent Logistics System Company is a professional provider of warehouse and logistics equipment and intelligent logistics solutions, with over 30 years of manufacturing and project experience in China. The company is expanding its presence in Saudi Arabia, using Riyadh as its hub, and is seeking a Business Development & Sales Executive to drive new customer acquisition and manage sales projects across the logistics, manufacturing and e‑commerce sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify and develop potential customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, site visits, industry events and exhibitions.
• Arrange and conduct client meetings to understand warehouse, logistics and automation requirements, gather project information and coordinate with the technical team for solutions and quotations.
• Manage the full sales process from customer development, requirement confirmation, technical communication and quotation to commercial negotiation, contract signing and project implementation follow‑up.
• Gather market insights, potential project opportunities, customer procurement plans, competitor information and industry trends, and report regularly to the Sales Director.
• Build and maintain a strong customer network, keep records updated and develop long‑term partnerships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum three years of sales experience in industrial equipment, engineering products or related fields.
• Strong market development and client‑visiting ability with excellent communication, negotiation and project management skills.
• Familiarity with the Saudi market and local business environment.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; Chinese language is a plus.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, responsible and a strong team player.
• Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as required.
