Business Development Specialist – Catering Services

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to drive high‑volume catering contracts for corporate, venue and industrial workforce camp clients. Based in our Jubail hub, you will turn prospects into long‑term agreements and support the growth of Food Makers Catering Services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate B2B leads from corporate clients, industrial camps, facility managers and private venue developers across Saudi Arabia.
• Collaborate with the executive chef team to design and pitch customized menus, from salads to multi‑course buffets, aligned with client budgets.
• Promote and sell specialized “Camp Catering Services” for large labor installations and remote facilities.
• Secure service agreements for corporate meetings, receptions, VIP banquets and seasonal events.
• Manage the full sales cycle, moving prospects from cold outreach to signed contracts and ensuring smooth operational hand‑off.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or professional diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or Hospitality Management.
• 3–5 years proven B2B sales experience in industrial food service, institutional catering or corporate facility management within Saudi Arabia.
