Business Development Specialist – HSE/Medical Services

About the role

Taib Saudi Company is seeking two motivated Business Development Specialists with a strong HSE background to drive growth of its medical, ambulance and emergency services business in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for healthcare, ambulance, EMS, occupational health and onsite medical services.
• Develop corporate clients in industries requiring HSE, safety, emergency response and occupational health services.
• Conduct client visits and meetings with HSE, safety, procurement and management teams.
• Promote medical and ambulance services, presenting operational and HSE value to prospects.
• Generate leads, maintain an active sales pipeline and follow up until conversion.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations and service presentations.
• Understand client HSE and medical requirements and coordinate internal solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing corporate clients, identifying cross‑selling opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development.
• HSE background or experience dealing with HSE/safety departments.
• Good understanding of medical, healthcare, ambulance, EMS or occupational health services.
• Experience selling services to corporate or industrial clients is preferred.
• Strong sales, communication, negotiation and client relationship skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia and able to join immediately.
