About the role
We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive growth and expand our presence in the construction market in Riyadh. The successful candidate will design and implement strategies that align with corporate objectives while building lasting relationships with clients and partners.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute business growth strategies aligned with company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction sector.
- Monitor sales performance, set targets and ensure achievement.
- Track invoicing and other business‑related financial activities.
- Strengthen brand presence in the market.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in the construction sector.
- Background in Business Development or Sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Deep understanding of sales and growth strategies.
- Saudi nationality (required).
- Based in Riyadh.
