About the role

MoonTech is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive new revenue and shape its go‑to‑market strategy. This full‑time, commercially focused position will own brand acquisition, build a top‑of‑funnel pipeline, and convert high‑potential leads into strategic partnerships across key markets.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and manage a strong top‑of‑funnel pipeline across target verticals.
  • Own end‑to‑end brand acquisition: prospecting, outreach, pitching, and closing.
  • Clearly articulate MoonTech’s value proposition of performance, control, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with brands to translate goals into platform campaigns.
  • Track pipeline health, conversion rates, deal velocity, and revenue performance.
  • Contribute to refining ICPs, messaging, and GTM strategy as the company scales.
  • Help design sales processes, playbooks, and the operating model.
  • Partner with Product, Growth, and Customer Success to improve onboarding, activation, and time‑to‑value.

Required profile

  • 4+ years of proven B2B sales and business development experience.
  • Strong commercial instincts with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Experience selling SaaS, platforms, or performance‑driven products.
  • Comfortable building processes in ambiguous environments.
  • Confident communicator and effective closer.
