Business Intelligence Reports & Dashboard Specialist (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence professional who can turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. The specialist will design, develop, and maintain high‑quality BI reports and interactive dashboards that support strategic and operational decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze data from multiple sources to extract business‑critical insights.
• Design, build, and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and visualisations for management and stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and relevance across all deliverables.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business users to support BI initiatives.
• Prepare clear narratives and presentations to communicate findings to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Continuously improve reporting solutions based on user feedback and evolving needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analysis or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience creating BI reports and dashboards.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proven ability to explain complex insights to diverse audiences.
