Business Support Specialist – Riyadh

About the role

The Business Support Specialist will provide administrative and operational assistance across multiple departments of a leading law firm in Riyadh. This role focuses on improving business efficiency, supporting project delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, meetings and communications between teams and external partners.
• Prepare reports, presentations and documentation for management reviews.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, clients and service providers.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and compile data for strategic decisions.
• Assist in project management tasks, track progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Support CRM systems by updating client records and tracking interactions.
• Perform data entry and manage databases to ensure accuracy of business records.
• Contribute to marketing and outreach initiatives, including content creation and campaign management.
• Track and report on key performance indicators to aid business performance analysis.
• Coordinate corporate sponsorships, partnerships and innovation workshops.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent English (essential).
• Strong organizational abilities and ability to manage multiple tasks.
