Business Unit Lead Controller – Energy & Manufacturing

About the role

The Business Unit Lead Controller will drive financial transparency across Siemens Energy's light manufacturing operations in Dammam. You will partner with multiple business units and countries to provide KPI analysis, oversee budget planning, and support operational improvements through data automation.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with controlling standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor financial performance, prepare forecasts and performance reports.
• Oversee day‑to‑day financial analysis and operational budget reviews.
• Manage month‑end close activities, including data compilation and general ledger review.
• Drive automation of financial processes and build dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
• Collaborate with distribution‑center management to enhance business improvements and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a management role.
• Strong cost‑accounting background with labor and overhead rate calculations.
• Excellent communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP FICO.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• PowerPoint expertise.
• Experience building reports with Tableau or Power BI.
