Butler – Luxury Guest Relations

About the role

Red Sea Global Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Butler to deliver personalized, high‑end service to guests at its luxury resort in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will anticipate guest needs, create bespoke experiences, and uphold the brand’s standards of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival, introduce them to their rooms, and ensure comfort.
• Record and fulfil individual preferences such as room temperature, pillow type, amenities, and dining choices.
• Provide a full range of personalized services, including luggage handling, transportation arrangements, and reservation assistance.
• Maintain and replenish room amenities, respond promptly to service requests, and coordinate with other departments.
• Offer tailored recommendations for dining, activities, and local experiences, exceeding guest expectations.
