About the role

Reporting to the Fairmont Head Butler, the Butler will consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service, anticipate guests’ needs and ensure personalized service throughout their stay at Raffles Makkah Palace.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Identify and anticipate guests’ needs and provide personalized service.
• Provide Food and Beverage services as required.
• Assist guests with plans or arrangements during their stay.
• Ensure all guest requests are fulfilled and followed up.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of in‑suite services, technology, amenities and systems.
• Inform and assist guests regarding hotel facilities.
• Follow department policies, procedures, service standards and safety policies.

Required profile

• Previous customer‑related experience is an asset.
• Professional presentation and outstanding guest service skills.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly responsible, reliable and able to work under pressure.
• Team‑oriented with the ability to work cohesively.
• Focused on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
