Cabin Crew Trainer

About the role

Riyadh Air is seeking a dynamic Cabin Crew Trainer to join its elite training team in Riyadh. The role involves designing and delivering engaging sessions on safety, hospitality and medical procedures, ensuring crew members meet the highest standards of service and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs covering Safety & Emergency Procedures, Service & Hospitality, and Aviation Medical skills.
• Coach, mentor and inspire a diverse crew, fostering a safe, inclusive and enjoyable learning environment.
• Ensure all training content aligns with Riyadh Air’s FRESH values and GACA regulations.
• Utilize training technologies and tools to enhance learning effectiveness.
• Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience as a Cabin Crew Trainer or similar training role.
• Current or previous cabin crew experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for aviation and a commitment to developing others.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of GACA aviation training regulations.
• Proficiency with training delivery platforms and multimedia tools.
