About the role

The Call Center Agent will deliver prompt, efficient, and professional customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues related to automotive products and services. You will provide accurate information, process orders, returns, and exchanges, and ensure a positive experience for every customer.

Key responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding automotive products, services, and policies.
Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary.
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of automotive products, promotions, and company policies.
Document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system for future reference and analysis.

Required profile

0–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call‑center environment; automotive experience is a plus but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory); an associate’s degree in Business, Customer Service, or a related field is a plus.
