Call Center Associate

About the role

The Call Center Associate is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Jeddah, responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls from patients and clients of Ideal Clinics. The role focuses on delivering clear information, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a positive patient experience while following established privacy and service protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inquiries about clinic services, schedule and confirm appointments, and update patient information.
• Route calls to the appropriate clinical or administrative departments and record interactions in the clinic’s system.
• Maintain accurate call logs, adhere to confidentiality and data‑protection standards, and collaborate with clinical and administrative teams.
• Handle high call volumes, prioritize tasks, and follow up on service requests as needed.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation with empathy, professionalism, and focus on patient satisfaction.
• Effective communication skills in spoken and written English (and relevant local languages).
• Experience in a contact‑center environment or familiarity with call‑handling procedures and performance metrics.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service is a plus.
