About the role
We are seeking a dynamic, customer‑focused Call Center Representative to join our CX team. The role involves ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients by understanding their needs, resolving issues, and optimizing the end‑to‑end journey.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement customer journey maps to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to turn customer feedback into product enhancements.
- Monitor performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and satisfaction, driving continuous improvement.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in customer service or customer experience.
- Proven ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
