About the role
The Call Center Representative will be the first point of contact for customers, handling both inbound and outbound calls. You will assist callers with inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure accurate information is provided while upholding high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Make outbound calls when required, such as follow‑ups or surveys.
- Record customer interactions and update system information accurately.
- Follow company procedures and service standards.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
