About the role
We are looking for a motivated Call Center Representative to join our customer service team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling both inbound and outbound calls while delivering professional and courteous service.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer records.
Required profile
- Saudi national.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service or call centers.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic; English is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Required skills
- Basic computer skills.
