About the role

The Cardiac Care Nurse 3 provides advanced‑level nursing care in the Cath Lab unit, supporting operational processes, maintaining high standards of patient care, and mentoring intermediate‑level nurses. The role collaborates closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure efficient and safe delivery of cardiac services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality nursing care for complex cardiac cases, adhering to clinical protocols.
• Manage workflow, optimize resource utilization, and mentor junior nurses.
• Precept new hires and trainees during probation, providing feedback on progress.
• Respond promptly to emergency and lifesaving situations using critical thinking and evidence‑based practices.
• Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy medications after completing required competencies.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care from admission through discharge.

Required profile

• International Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (minimum 3 years of study).
• Current licensure as a professional registered nurse.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Minimum 4 years of nursing experience, including at least 2 years in cardiac care or a related field.
• Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.
