About the role

The Cardiac Care Nurse 3 provides advanced nursing care within the cardiac unit, ensuring high standards of patient safety and quality. You will mentor junior staff, resolve complex clinical issues, and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality nursing care for complex cardiac cases.
• Manage workflow, resource utilization, and mentor junior nurses.
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Precept new hires and trainees during probation.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and lifesaving situations.
• Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy medications after competency verification.
• Develop and implement care plans for palliative and cellular therapy patients.

Required profile

• International Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (minimum 3 years).
• Relevant professional nursing certifications.
• Experience in cardiac care and advanced nursing practice.
• Ability to mentor and support staff development.
