Case Management Supervisor

About the role

The Case Management Supervisor oversees the complete lifecycle of inpatient cases, ensuring timely discharge summaries and coordination with finance for dues collection. This role guarantees high‑quality medical treatment, compassion, and confidentiality for every patient.

Key responsibilities

• Track each inpatient case from admission to discharge, coordinating with physicians and nursing staff.
• Review diagnosis reports, obtain necessary approvals, and manage care within approved time limits.
• Assess patient progress against expected recovery and provide status reports to the Business Center Manager.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Orient new hires on policies, eligibility of treatment, and the Patient Care System.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a Diploma in Management.
• Minimum seven years of experience, including at least four years in patient services and one year in general office procedures within a clinical setting.
• Fluency in written English and Arabic, with strong public‑relations skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word (2000 version).
