Case Management Supervisor

About the role

The Case Management Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the complete lifecycle of inpatient cases, from admission through discharge, ensuring high‑quality medical treatment and timely completion of discharge summaries and financial settlements.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor all inpatient cases from admission to discharge, coordinating with physicians and nursing staff to track progress and approvals.
• Review diagnosis reports, discuss findings with physicians, and ensure care is delivered within approved time limits.
• Assess patient recovery against expected outcomes and provide status reports to the Business Center Manager, suggesting solutions for any issues.
• Maintain patient confidentiality, orient new hires on policies and procedures, and enforce departmental guidelines.
• Perform clerical duties related to patient scheduling, record keeping, and additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a Diploma in Management.
• Minimum seven years of experience in patient services or healthcare administration, including at least one year in general office procedures and four years of supervisory experience.
• Fluent written English and Arabic with strong communication and public‑relations skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word 2000.
