About the role

Almarai is seeking a Category Trade Marketing Manager to lead and manage trade marketing initiatives for its product categories across all regions. The role will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure business targets are met or exceeded.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute category trade marketing strategies that drive sales and market share.
• Coordinate trade marketing activities across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives.
• Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and product teams to optimize promotional plans.
• Monitor market trends and shopper insights to refine tactics.
• Track performance metrics and report results to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in trade marketing and shopper marketing.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
