About the role

The Catering Operations Coordinator will support all catering activities across our Saudi offshore fleet and the Saffaniya guest house. This role ensures smooth meal planning, provision logistics, and maintenance support for both vessels and on‑shore facilities.

Key responsibilities

Collect and submit monthly meal sheets for approval by Aramco Tanajib office.
Coordinate ship provision supplies and logistics for the fleet.
Support crew changes and arrange Aramco ID appointments for third‑party catering companies.
Create purchase orders for vessel catering needs using Ns and SAP systems.
Assist with catering operations and maintenance at the Saffaniya guest house.
Support building and warehouse maintenance and renovation projects at Saffaniya.
Provide operational support for guest‑house catering services and general accommodation maintenance.
Process and upload monthly invoices for the Saffaniya office via Esker after verification.
Plan weekly menus, obtain approvals, and manage room allocations for guest‑house staff.
