Chef de Partie – All-Day Dining (Luxury Wellness Resort)

About the role

We are seeking passionate Chef de Parties to join the All‑Day Dining team at Miraval The Red Sea, a luxury wellness resort on Shura Island. The role focuses on preparing high‑quality, wellness‑focused dishes while supporting the Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine in daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and execute high‑quality dishes that align with the resort’s wellness‑focused menus.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and hygiene standards in assigned kitchen sections.
• Support the upkeep of HACCP records and kitchen documentation.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure consistent quality and smooth service flow.
• Communicate positively and work effectively within a multicultural environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a luxury or high‑volume kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of international cuisine with an emphasis on wellness and mindful eating.
• Familiarity with HACCP standards and food safety regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
