Chef de Partie – Riyadh

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team in Riyadh. You will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation while supporting the Executive Chef and Sous Chef.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of your designated kitchen section, maintaining efficiency and organization.
• Prepare and cook high‑quality dishes according to menu specifications and company standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes from your section.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in menu planning and recipe development.
• Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
• Manage food costs, minimize waste, and control stock levels within your section.
• Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth service operations.

Required profile

• Culinary degree or equivalent professional kitchen experience.
• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Proficiency in English with clear communication skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
