Chef de Partie – Saudi Cuisine

About the role

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie – Saudi Cuisine to manage an assigned kitchen section and ensure the preparation of high-quality Saudi dishes. The ideal candidate will have solid culinary skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to food quality and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and organize an assigned section of the Saudi cuisine kitchen.
• Prepare and cook Saudi dishes according to standard recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure proper mise en place before and during service.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.
• Monitor the quality and freshness of ingredients.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and kitchen equipment.
• Assist in controlling food waste and using ingredients efficiently.
• Support inventory, stock rotation, and proper storage procedures.
• Assist and guide Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs within the assigned section.
• Work closely with the Sous Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Sous Chef or Kitchen Management.

Required profile

• Culinary Arts or related qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years of culinary experience, preferably in Saudi cuisine.
• Good knowledge of traditional Saudi dishes and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work independently within an assigned kitchen section.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
