Chief Executive Officer (Specialty Coffee)

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s overall strategic plan in alignment with the group’s vision and objectives.
• Lead and manage the executive team, providing guidance and support to drive performance and achieve business goals.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring efficient and effective utilization of resources.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government entities.
• Monitor industry trends, identifying opportunities for growth and diversification.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
• Manage financial performance and drive profitability through effective budgeting and cost control.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and high performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a large corporation or conglomerate.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
• Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and strategic planning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Experience in the Saudi Arabian market is highly desirable.
