Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Sports & Entertainment

About the role

We are seeking a strategic financial leader to join our executive team in Riyadh. The CFO will drive financial strategy for a portfolio of sports, entertainment and venue projects, ensuring robust governance and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall financial strategy, overseeing budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning.
• Manage commercial finance for all venues, driving profitability, margin improvement and cash generation.
• Ensure full compliance with SOCPA, IFRS, Zakat, VAT and other local regulations.
• Oversee treasury functions, liquidity, working capital, banking relationships and financial risk management.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives, including ERP implementation, reporting automation and process standardisation.
• Act as the primary financial liaison with joint‑venture partners, shareholders and the Board of Directors.
• Build, mentor and lead a high‑performing finance team across corporate and operational levels.

Required profile

• Saudi national (mandatory).
• 15+ years of progressive financial leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior role such as CFO or VP Finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; Master’s/MBA preferred.
• Professional qualifications (CPA, CMA, ACCA) highly desirable.
• Proven experience in the sports, entertainment, venues or facilities management sectors.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of SOCPA and IFRS standards.
• Expertise in ERP implementation and financial reporting automation.
• Strong treasury and cash‑flow management capabilities.
• Experience with joint‑venture corporate structures and stakeholder management.
