About the role

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will serve as the strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and accelerate revenue growth. Reporting to senior leadership, the CMO will harness market insights and data analytics to ensure marketing initiatives align with the organization’s vision and competitive landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a forward‑thinking, multi‑channel marketing strategy that supports business objectives.
• Lead the marketing team in creating innovative campaigns that boost brand recognition and customer loyalty, measuring success through defined KPIs.
• Collaborate with product development and sales to synchronize marketing efforts with product launches and sales plans.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions and optimize the marketing mix.
• Oversee marketing budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and maximize ROI on all initiatives.
• Build and nurture partnerships with industry stakeholders, media outlets, and influencers to amplify brand reach.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a C‑suite or executive leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering marketing strategies that directly contribute to business growth.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing large, diverse teams.
• Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal, for presenting complex ideas to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management within a marketing context.
