About the role
A leading industrial company in the Tabuk/NEOM region is looking for a senior professional to lead the Electrical & Instruments Section of its plant operations. The role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability and maximum uptime across the facility.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, direct and supervise all electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities across the plant.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for electrical and instrument systems.
- Manage and mentor a team of electrical engineers, instrument engineers, foremen and technicians.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate spare parts planning and budgeting for the section.
- Investigate major failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Liaise with Production and other plant sections to minimize downtime and optimize reliability.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in heavy‑industrial plant electrical/instrumentation maintenance, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of cement plant electrical systems, MV/LV distribution, PLCs and control systems.
